All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@laurenceclark.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
